Keith Grainger
Paul Holmes
Paul Holmes has worked across a wide range of industry sectors, including: media, telecomms, pharmaceutical and direct marketing.
Paul has held general management and director roles within blue chip organisations, including global telecomms provider Cable & Wireless and academic publisher John Wiley.
Throughout his career he trained and mentored commercial teams helping them develop skills in relationship building, influencing and negotiating.
Keith Grainger’s background is in publishing and agency management.
As CEO of Omnicom owned agency Redwood, Keith led the management and development
of the business whose key accounts include Marks & Spencer, Volvo Cars and Alliance-
Keith is a graduate of Omnicom’s Senior Management Programme which is run by professors from Harvard business School. The programme focuses on developing leadership and talent management skills.
Paul and keith now work with independent schools to develop students’ leadership and interpersonal skills. Programmes are designed to raise emotional intelligence and help build confidence, assertiveness and resilience.
